Pine Wreath's

Well I really wanted a real Christmas tree this year, but it was not in the budget. At ballard designs an online store I saw wreaths made in the shapes of the letters of the alphabet. So cute. Went to home depot and got some "free" branch trimmings, bought some florist wire, and got a roll of ribbon at a garage sale. So for a grand total of $2 I made 2 alphabet wreaths, and two regular ones and one really tiny one for my car. I have them pictured below if you are interested. I love doing projects that cost just a little more than time!

It's been reported that the big refill bag of Huggies wipes are ringing up @ $2.50 a piece. You may want to run over to CVS and use the red scanner box to check and see if they are ringing up at that price at your CVS. These are not on sale, the regular container of wipe is 2/$5. check it out.

Just went to CVS today to cash in on a couple of deals and scanned my card in the "red box" and got this fabulous coupon! Don't forget when you walk in the door to always scan your card. Sometimes their are ECB bucks and like today valuable coupons.
I scored 3 pkgs clean and Clear face wash

5 cans tuna (on sale for 49cents) plus here's a link to coupon
1 pkg CVS water
paid 2.77 after coupons and got $5 ECB back
so they actually paid me to take those out of the store!

***What I like about CVS ECB'(Extra Care Bucks) vs. Walgreens register rewards(RR) is that they spend just like cash I don't have to the same amount of items as coupons. Makes my life easier!--Also expiration date is farther way. While RR last 2 weeks.

Target has clearance up to 75% off!

I stopped by Target in Centennial to see if they had any great valentine candy deals but instead of buying candy I found some fabulous deals on kids clothes. They had one section up to 75% off. So.. February is always a great month to snag great deals on just about anything, especially clothing! Make sure you always check the clearance before leaving a store, you never know what you will find!

Gap has 40% off--not here in Vegas :{

Rumor is.... Gap is going to be having 40% off for the next 3 Wednesdays starting tomorrow. If you were lucky enough to find out, yesterday they had 40% off everything and a bonus 5% for Gap card holders. Maybe it's time to stock up for next year on clearance or buy some cute outfits for the upcoming holiday! I would call up your local store and find out!

***Update went to my local Gap in Vegas and they said something about coupons they had given away some time ago. Maybe you are the lucky recipient of one of these coupons.

Walmart clearance kids clothes

Walmart is clearancing their kids winter clothes. I went to the Centennial Hills Walmart and found toddler size dresses for $3 which is 80% off. I noticed their clearance went mostly from $3-$9. So if you need to stock up for next year it may be worth checking out. I'm sure the $3 items won't last long..

I did not check other sections but I'm sure there is way more clearance to be had!

Pull Ups flushable wipes

In the paper yesterday in SS there was a $1/1 coupon for Pull ups flushable wipes. If you take it to Walmart mine are priced at $1.62 so I get the for .62, not as good as the coupon that had been out before but still a great deal! Plus those wipes smell so good and my daughter loves princesses... they also have Cars too.

FYI for Walgreens Register Rewards. I seem to get so excited about the deals and then get a stock pile of them and can't find anything to spend them on before they expire. Don't forget that you can use them on photo processing! Snapfish.com has pick up at select Walgreens. There are some restrictions as to what they will print, you'll have to read the fine print.
I have a stock pile of digital files dying to be printed!
